Welcome to Aligne Studio. By accessing our website, booking classes, or purchasing memberships, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

  • “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to Aligne Studio.

  • “You” refers to the client, member, or website user.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on this page.

2. Bookings & Memberships

  • All class bookings must be made through our official booking system.

  • Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

  • Founding memberships lock in your rate for as long as the membership remains active. If cancelled, the discounted rate cannot be reinstated.

  • Cancellations or suspensions of memberships are subject to our cancellation policy.

3. Class Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made within the stated cancellation window (e.g., 12 hours before class) to avoid a fee or forfeiture of a class credit.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of a class credit or incur a fee, depending on your membership type.

4. Studio Etiquette & Safety

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun.

  • Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.

  • You must inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class participation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow studio rules or behaves in a disruptive manner.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through our booking platform.

  • Payments for memberships, class packs, and gift vouchers are non-refundable, except as required by law.

  • Special offers, discounts, or promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

  • Pilates is a physical activity and carries inherent risks.

  • You are voluntarily participating and assume responsibility for your own health and safety.

  • Aligne Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after class.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
