Our Classes.

  • Designed for those new to reformer Pilates or returning after a break. We’ll focus on foundations — breath, form and alignment — so you feel confident and strong from your very first class.

  • A dynamic class that adapts to you. Whether it’s your first class or your fifteenth, this flow is curated to challenge every body while keeping alignment and form at the centre.

  • For when you’re ready to take things further. expect creative sequences, deeper core engagement and faster pace that builds strength stamina and precision.

    Important: This class is not suitable for beginners. A solid foundation in reformer Pilates is required.

  • Cardio, but make it pilates. This high-energy reformer class uses the jump board to blend strength, sculpting and low impact cardio bursts. Expect power, pace, and serious endorphin hit.

  • Slow it down, lengthen It out, this class blends mindful movement, breathwork and deep stretches to release tension restore balance and leave you feeling refreshed.

  • Taught by our certified Pre and Post Natal instructor, we provide supportive and safe practice tailored for every stage of pregnancy and recovery. We focus on strength combined with stretching to ensure you feel your best pre and post pregnancy.
